    Can I change my shipping/delivery address after placing an order?
    If you need to change your shipping address, kindly contact us as soon as possible via our email address Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been dispatched.

    How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
    Shipping usually takes between 1-3 business days.

    How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation number or order number via email.

    How can I track my order?
    Once your branded accessories have been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. With the tracking number, you can check the status of your order through our order status page. You can also track your shipment directly through the tracking portal of your selected carrier.     Can I cancel/modify my order?
    Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet, you can modify it. Orders cannot be changed after the item has been shipped.

  • Returns & Exchange Policy

    Should you want to return or exchange your product(s) for any given reason, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. The return or exchange request will be accepted only if the below conditions are met:

    • Item(s) should be in their original packaging.
    • Items or packaging cannot show signs of wear or damage
    • A fulfillment error has occurred, where the wrong size or color was shipped.
    • You will have to generate & pay for their own label to return an order.
